Dwight D. Unti
Mr. Unti is the Owner and President of Tokola Properties, a Gresham based real estate development, construction, and property management company focused on multifamily and mixed use developments in Oregon and Washington. Tokola Properties has acted as developer, prime contractor and property manager in the development and operation of 20 multifamily developments with a total of 1,849 housing units.
Mr. Unti is a Gresham resident and active participant in the Gresham community. He currently serves as Chair of the City of Gresham standing committee on Public Safety, Vice President of the Gresham Center for the Arts Foundation, Member and Immediate Past President of the Governmental Affairs Council of the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board Member and Past President of the Gresham Downtown Development Association and Member of the Historic Downtown Business Association. Mr. Unti is also a past Board Member of the Mt. Hood Jazz Association.
Mr. Unti is a graduate of the University of Washington where he earned a Bachelor degree in Political Science.
Lillian Negron
Ms. Negron has over eleven years experience in retail grocery management and marketing and has earned a reputation for dynamic and accomplished leadership in the field. Ms. Negron honed her natural and organic grocery store experience with Natures/Wild Oats where she was employed for 10 years. During her tenure, Ms. Negron held wide ranging responsibilities including mercantile sales, marketing, public relations, event coordination, merchandise/product selection, inventory management and profit/loss reporting.
Since 2007 Ms. Negron has been serving in the Natural Specialties Division of Advantage Sales and Marketing where she represents over 35 health, wellness and natural supplement brands to Metro area groceries including Whole Food, New Seasons, Lamb’s Thriftway and a multitude of smaller markets.
Ms. Negron has developed a professional, highly visible and participatory sales and management style with an emphasis on customer and vendor relationships. Consistent development of staff, dynamic communication and negotiation skills and a commitment to ethics, integrity and quality best describe Ms. Negron’s business approach.
Prior experience also includes 3 years in sales with Kitchen Kaboodle and work at two start-up companies, one of which became “Egghead.”
