A NEW FAVORITE DRINK!
We asked Portland Roasting employees to submit their best winter drink recipes. Justin’s won top prize and will be placed in our Edible Portland ad coming up in their winter edition! It almost made us ‘Fall’ over it is so delicious!
JUSTIN’S BORGIA CON PANNA
¼ t. Orange Zest
2 shots Portland Roasting Organic Espresso
1 T. Ghirardelli Chocolate Powder
Orange zest & twist for garnish
Bourbon Whipped Cream*
Stir chocolate and orange zest into pulled espresso shots until dissolved. Top with Bourbon Whipped Cream. Add orange twist to the top as garnish.
*Bourbon Whipped Cream:
1 oz Bourbon
3 pumps Monin Pure Cane Syrup
1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
Whip the cream until stiff. Add Bourbon and Cane Syrup, stir and serve.

Oh! I am not much of a coffee drinker….but I WANT one of these!!! Decaf please. Seriously, I may have to have one on my next visit.
